Still no permission from the cogs of high school bureaucracy to drive to school yet, but that wasn’t enough to stop me on this frigid February morning. I didn’t drive to school, but to a grocery store that happened to be within convenient walking distance to school. I wanted to pick up some groceries before class but shucks, they were closed. I won’t be repeating today’s cavalier attidute since I’d rather just play the rules a little longer and not risk not being able to drive permanently.
I’m keeping part of my promise and uploading photos of Day 2 of my Taiwan trip. These have been eagerly awaited by the group I was with at the time since my camera was the only one able to capture anything worth keeping. I used my D70 + 50mm f1.8 for the curious.
Just imagine stepping off an hour bus ride to who knows where and seeing this:
Flickr set one and two. The lantern pictures are all in two.
